Avalon - I think intentional voter fraud should be a high level felony calling for 10 or more years in jail. What could be more serious than corrupting our voting process? It is very rare to see voter fraud punished in a serious way. If the people don't have confidence in the voting process, they can't have confidence in government in general. There are places like Chicago that have been generally acknowledged to have had voter fraud for generations and nobody being punished in any meaningful way.
