Avalon - I support Avalon in trying to stop the noise and disruption from nuisance event houses catering to weddings and parties in residential housing zones. Cape May is now jumping in to regulate this problem also. In reading the spouts week after week, I have to say that this pales in comparison with the ATV tracks in Dennis Township. Now, I'm reading about tax appeals based on this un-addressed problem. Why is nothing being done about this obvious land use problem, which may now increase my taxes?
