Avalon - I saw that about two in 10 millennials are college graduates but it seems 10 in 10 complain about student loan debt. This explains a lot. No degree generally means jobs that pay less. Student loans are a pain when you don't even get a degree out of the deal. Every recent generation has had these people. For 50-plus years they've all been saying the same thing: low income because of no degree, rent and student loan payments eat up too much of that income and can't save enough for a down payment because there's nothing left over after rent and loan payments. Nothing new under the sun.
