Avalon - I love walking to the Avalon boardwalk and seeing plates, plastic food containers, and cat food cans littered underneath the entrance ramps, left there by the people who feel the need to feed the feral cats. Anyone caught doing so should get a fine for littering. These cats are wild, natural hunters, who were born in the wild. They are not someone's pets that were abandoned. They are capable of feeding themselves.
