Avalon - I love Spout Off. It gives us a chance to vent anonymously and read about what others are thinking. When I read complaints about government services I want to scream "Go to a town meeting, email your elected representatives, let them know who you are and what is bothering you." Don't be afraid to complain publicly, you might be surprised to find that you get results.
