I keep getting emails from the Borough telling me not to travel,

Avalon - I keep getting emails from the Borough telling me not to travel, walk on the boardwalk, only go out as necessary. There is a Stay-at-Home order from the governor. Why aren’t the police enforcing the order. Every day this week people walked past my home, in groups of 3-5, walking dogs, pushing baby strollers and not wearing masks. Why are there 3,4,5 cars at homes in the fingers with out of state licenses? Where is the enforcement? Why don’t the rules apply to everyone? The lack of enforcement across the board contributes to the attitude of “if they can do it, I can do it”. ENFORCE THE RULES!
