I hope the Avalon Planning Board denies the "boutique hotel" app

Avalon - I hope the Avalon Planning Board denies the "boutique hotel" application. This land would be perfect for sorely needed affordable housing, and it would relieve our town of it's obligation under COAH. The lot seems big enough for 20 low-income apartments, so let's build them.
