Avalon - I have family members who are victims of heroin addiction. It needs to stop. They need help. We need a methadone clinic that is easily accessible to those who can't drive. There should be a methadone clinic on Seven Mile Island to serve our citizens cursed by addiction. Drug addiction is a disease, not a choice.
