Avalon - I drive through the County several times a week and see very few EVs. But when I read Spout off, half of the regulars were extol the virtues of EVs. I suspect this is because in reality, EVs are too expensive and too inconvenient. They argue the virtues of EVs, but don’t drive them. Some day, EVs may come into their own. They will be practical and economical. That is just not now. Right now, we need cheaper gasoline. We can’t live in either the past or the future. The Green New Deal isn’t working.
