I don't know how anybody could speed on First Avenue in Avalon,

Avalon - I don't know how anybody could speed on First Avenue in Avalon, like one spouter complained about. It is so crowded with bicycles it is a wonder cars can traverse it at all. Bikes three and four abreast, bikes with little kids wobbling back and forth and bikes with helmeted and spandexed riders fit for the Tour de France, but little room for cars and no concern for traffic laws. Obviously there is no attempt at enforcement.
