Avalon - I applaud the Avalon Spouter who indicates Avalon officials fell short on the desecration of the high dunes. Unfortunately, I believe they are doing exactly what they collectively have chosen to do…desecrate the town. "Homeowners should be able to do what they want” has been heard more than once.
