Avalon - I agree with an Avalon spouter who said, “Stone Harbor was so right to not allow three-story homes to be built.” My house backs up to a new three-story house with six bedrooms, five baths and a swimming pool. The house blocks the sunset. And to make matters worst, it’s a rental property. Every week a new group arrives with 12 to 15 new people. The pool is only 10 feet from my property line, so I get the noise from the screaming kids and the evening pool parties, etc. It’s like living in a motel.
