Avalon - How much has the Borough of Avalon spent suing the owner of the marina at the end of 21st Street? I heard that the owner just won the lawsuit and the Borough frivolously spent $50,000 of taxpayer money for nothing! What a waste of time and resources. Avalon has too many lawsuits and gets itself in too many disputes. We, taxpayers, are paying the bills! Time to stop!
