Avalon - How is it possible that Avalon can spend all of the money it collects in taxes? Massive ratables, and our taxes and all of our neighbors taxes keep rising and rising. Buying banner plane ads saying to go to the library, every vehicle brand new every year, and on and on. Waste on top of waste.
