Avalon - Here we go again…the Avalon Zoning Board FAILS the citizens as it steams forward to forever change this town by granting variances. Specifically, lacking full transparency with the business overlay plan and the “boutique hotel” controversy. The March video meeting was garbled, lacked views of the drawings, etc.. This Board lacks any spine to say “No”. Time to replace each and every member. Citizens of Avalon Unite. Get involved. Speak your mind. Investigate just WHO are the members of the Board!
