Avalon - Here’s hoping the Avalon Police Department will spend the winter coming up with a plan to not get walked all over by kids again next summer. Blame the state all you want, but everyone knows the Avalon Police have been weak for several years. The excuses for ineptitude made by the town politicians and police are pathetic.
