The tree trimming is unbelievable, especially in the area from 50 th street to 55 th. These property owners have despoiled and killed trees. Avalon has clearly known about this, yet hardly enforces the law. We need the DEP to step in, just as the Dept of Community Affairs had to step in when Avalon allowed the modular home builders to knowingly run amok.
