Having a track at Avalon school is an absolute waste of our tax

Avalon - Having a track at Avalon school is an absolute waste of our tax dollars, no matter where they come from. Just because you can get funding for an idea does not mean you should. It still comes out of our pockets. The thought that runners would run on a track instead of the street is absurd. Most of the runners are vacationers; they won't know it exists. Also, people who run don't want to run in circles. They want to run through the the town they paid big money to be in. In short, nobody will use it.
