Avalon - Good bye South Jersey Shore ,after spending 11 summers here I am heading to Delaware where there are no beach tags,my real estate taxes will be 1/3rd of what my NJ real estate taxes were in NJ on a house in Delaware worth $35,000 more than my NJ house. Also no Sales Tax , I now have to figure out what I will do with all my extra money in my wallet. So goodbye New Jersey enjoy your summer but you won't get any of my money anymore
