Avalon - Full year resident of Avalon here. Driving in to Avalon the other day and the inlet road was covered in construction debris. Dumpsters going out of Avalon have debris flying out all over the place. Who should be responsible for cleaning it up and making it a safe thoroughfare for residents to get to their homes?
