Avalon - First 10 pickle-ball courts on 8 th street. Now 8 more pickle ball courts planned. Place multiple courts times 4 on each court. It comes to at least 80 people. One thing only, I ask has one ( 1 ) more parking spot and additional Handicap parking spots been thought of ?
