Avalon - Every summer, I come down here to relax with my wonderful husband to celebrate our anniversary (this year is our 50th!) and never had a problem until now. This year, we decided to rent a house rather than stay in a hotel. I’d rather stay in a hotel. Our neighbor's car is the loudest thing I’ve ever heard. It starts off and zooms away, and it sounds like it shatters my ear. He told me it’s a hybrid, but I highly doubt it. I tried contacting police, and they don’t seem interested in helping me.
