Avalon - Ever since Avalon Council muzzled public comment to prevent airing of their continuing problems with the state over the antics of their construction office, the Spout Offs have ramped up. I applaud the Herald. None of us would know anything about the issues but for Spout Off. Seems like Avalon's muzzle has backfired. Team Avalon would like nothing better than to keep the taxpayers in the dark regarding the modular warranties and their assistant business manager's role in causing in mismanaging the problem.
