Driving back and forth from Court House to Avalon on Avalon Blvd

Avalon - Driving back and forth from Court House to Avalon on Avalon Blvd. June 11-12, I noticed turtle fatalities and live turtles getting over barriers and crossing into the street. I was wondering if a temporary (electric), or eventually permanent sign could be put up to alert visitors coming and going in a hurry to drive more cautiously during this time when the turtles are in the height of their season.
