True fact: there are only about 10% more millennials than Gen Xers. Even if somehow this resulted in a 10% diminution of values, it's no big deal for the 50-plus generation. Members of this generation remember 5% real estate commissions, and, of course, just about all of us were always happy to offer a discount if the buyer were a friend or family.
