Avalon - The debacle at the Avalon Anchorage Marina site is one more example of the sloppiness of the Borough of Avalon's government. Almost all of the other issues in this town, that are so often listed in Spout Off, for example, lack of zoning enforcement and environmental carnage, are the result of Avalon's career politicians. The nucleus of this bunch, four of the six of them, have been in office for 26-30 years. That is not a misprint. Nowhere else does this occur. Four, five or six years should be the max. Term limits are the answer. When things get too big, I don't trust them at all.
