Avalon - Chancery and Appellate courts ruled in favor of the new Avalon Anchorage owner because the borough failed to draft an effective condition to secure the benefits on which the street vacation was based. This failure costs residents untold sums of money (because the borough keeps scant/sloppy records of legal expenses) along with a loss of public amenities. Where's the accountability? Borough council, the business administrator, borough counsel, the mayor, somebody should pay the price. As public servants, you report to the taxpayers. Transparency, please!
