Avalon - Cape May County Bridge Commission had the entire off season to repair the bridges, yet doesn't find a problem until April. Mind-boggling ineptitude at its finest. We'll be lucky if the TI bridge is open by Labor Day. Hopefully, the uproar caused by the business community will force people to realize that it's utterly embarrassing not to have a bridge running for the three months of summer when nothing was accomplished for the other nine months of the year.
