Can somebody tell me if I have this correct?

Avalon - Can somebody tell me if I have this correct? Most if not all College NCAA Div One ,football,basketball, baseball and other Athletics get a full scholarship for up to 4 years to represent the school.They get meals and lodging free AND now they want to be paid to play the sport while getting a Free Education.What is wrong with this picture ? I will sit back and hopefully someone can explain this to me . Oh and I imagine some of the high tuition for non-athletes is being used to pay for the athletic scholarship students. Someone please explain this to me
