This follows a similar investigation some years ago by a Republican-controlled House panel that came to the same conclusion. Credit to the GOP for being honest about their findings. But will this stop Trump's supporters - and Trump himself of course - from continuing to lie about how "corrupt" Joe Biden is? Probably not.
