Avalon - The Borough of Avalon mayor and council, after losing two legal cases against the owner of the Anchorage Marina, are now suing the owner in Supreme Court with no chance to win. Any first-year law student could tell you that the borough is going to lose! This is a supreme waste of time and taxpayer money.
