Avalon - Big shout out to the editor for the humorous sarcasm after particularly asinine Spout Offs, they're always good for a chuckle.
Spout Off is great to hear complaints about local issues I otherwise would not be aware of, but I do feel that there is still too much national politics discussed here...so to those whining about anyone in Washington D.C., I ask you; do you think you will change anyone's mind with a format limited to 600 characters? If you really need to scratch that political itch, you can simply go to whatever partial journalistic source makes you feel the most validated.
