Avalon's Planning board is allowing too many variances to a few

Avalon - Avalon's Planning board is allowing too many variances to a few builders. It is making an already congested town way too congested. And there are laws to prevent small setbacks, and we have them on the books. But because some builders are looked upon favorably by the mayor/council, the laws are ignored, the variances are given, and it ruins the quality of life. These variances do not harm the builders, or the mayor or council people, they harm the neighbors of this out of line construction. It is shoving 20 pounds of dirt in a 10 pound bucket.
