Avalon - Avalon's answer to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is Ocean Drive between 54th and 58th streets, either early morning or around 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Just watch the trucks and buses speeding along. The buses seem to especially like it when there is water on the road. They think they are a ship plowing through the high seas. Where are the police? Not all speeders are on Dune Drive.
