Avalon - Avalon should model everything Stone Harbor does for trash collection. Once again, our street was littered with trash that had fallen out of the cans while on the curb, or fallen out when the workers dumped the cans, mostly, into the trucks. We live at the south end, and we see garbage cans on the street six days each week. Weekenders put out their cans Sunday afternoon. The cans sit out Monday morning through Wednesday afternoon, when they get picked up. The cans are left in front and side yards until weekenders put them away Saturday.
