Avalon - To the Avalon renter who complained about the blue truck parked on 18th Street: The reason the homeowners do not complain is that the truck belongs to a member of 'Team Avalon' and to make matters worse the team member does not even live on the street. The truck has been there since Superstorm Sandy.
