Avalon - Avalon is poorly run, and the lifetime politicians are not educated about many of the issues on which they vote, so they do not want to listen to concerned, educated citizens who make public comment. The towns directly to our north and south value public input. Their mayors actually attend council meetings. Most of Avalon's elected leaders have been in office for 25 to 30 years. Four or six years should be the max.
