Avalon - Avalon needs more construction, not less! Construction is a sign of growth, which is good for the town, as the new drives out the old and cranky. If residents can't deal with noise at 8 a.m., they need to go move to the suburbs inland. Avalon is a town like any other, and noise and construction give it the character we all love.
