Avalon - The Avalon meeting about boutique hotels in the B1 district felt like a Covid super spreader event. The planning zoning board won't live stream/Zoom because "no one is interested". Really? It was standing room only Tuesday night, with doors and aisles blocked (fire safety hazard), and a police presence. Maybe they just don't want anyone watching when they give away the town to the highest bidder.
