Avalon - Avalon management is unbelievable. I had construction debris and water runoff from a new pool for six weeks in our front driveway. The street does not drain, and so made access to our own house impassable and presented a health and safety issue. Avalon's response was "They are permitted via code..." When does safe egress top one's own house permitted? Stop worrying about hanging frivolous lights in trees and focus on the people who live here!
