Building boutique hotels will not bring back family restaurants serving affordable breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The meals offered at the boutique hotel in Stone Harbor are not family fare, unless you are Oprah rich. Why will it be any different in Avalon? Plus there's no sunset on the bay or ocean waves to enjoy. Bad planning Avalon.
