Avalon - Avalon has the worst roads in the USA. And right after a few roads were repaved nicely, after being waffle boards for 20 years, they have been dug into every 20 feet for gas line work. This is atrocious planning, or complete lack thereof. Yes, gas lines need replacement, but manage the process.
