Avalon - Avalon has an ordinance that prohibits riding bikes in the business district.Every day I see people riding through the business district, on the street and on the sidewalks, blowing through red lights, no signaling whatsoever and half of the time with young kids in tow. No enforcement at all. There is going to be a tragedy and the town will be complicit. ENFORCE THE DARN LAWS!!!
