Avalon has a contractor replacing gas mains throughout the borou

Avalon - Avalon has a contractor replacing gas mains throughout the borough. It may be an infrastructure priority but I never heard any neighbor complain about natural gas delivery issues. The street surface repairs subsequent to the gas main work are major potholes waiting to happen. Is there a plan to resurface streets where the mains have been replaced?
