Many aspiring homebuyer spouters feel they are victims of the Great Real Estate Price Increases of 2010-2020, not to be confused with the Great Real Estate Price Increases of 1950-2007. For a big chunk of the most recent increases, the US Administration has been headed by a developer and even I'll admit real estate expert. Yet there has been no help for you and the increases seem to have only increased. I think this may be elite negligence. Vote with your pocketbook.
