Avalon - Avalon Council can't seem to get out from under the modular warranty issue. They can't because council will not come up with a remedy for the screw up the builder and Avalon construction office created. They simply attempt to stifle the affected homeowners, and bail out the construction official who caused it. Prepare for more irate homeowners showing up and addressing stone faced and ineffective " leadership" that is frozen in indecision.
