Avalon - Avalon can stop crowing about their library now that Stone Harbor has a bigger and better facility completely paid for by the county at no cost to Stone Harbor. Plus Stone Harbor has use of the huge, research county library in Court House, a service not available to Avalon residents.
Moderator's Note:
Avalon doesn't pay a library tax to the county, whereas Stone Harbor does.
