Only problem is, Avalon does not enforce it. The grass islands on Dune Dr. are watered nightly, so much so that they flood, and the majority of Dune Dr., at the south end, is completely soaked. Three rule violations by the borough that made the rule. I never turn on my sprinkler, and my lawn is perfect. Some neighbors water every day, with their sprinklers, soak sidewalks and 8 feet out into the street, and there's zero enforcement.
