Avalon - Avalon and Stone Harbor police forces are used primarily to generate revenue for fines. Hardly generates any good will from the citizens when we are subjected to unnecessary hidden police stalking us at all times from traffic islands. It's over reach. Soon, there will be a movement to reduce the police numbers so we don't have to fund this. I'm all for police, but not used this way. It's ridiculous.
