Avalon - Any patch of grass seems to be "fair game" to some dog walkers in Avalon. I have watched as people use our flower beds and yards as their dog's facilities. Even the grass between the curb and sidewalk in front of our houses is used. I know Avalon does not have a "dog park" but if you are going to bring your beloved pet with you, have a plan and stop allowing your dog to ruin our flower beds, shrubs, and grass.
